Shipping Methods

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping for our products, ensuring that customers across the globe can enjoy our items. However, while we make every effort to meet our stated delivery time frames, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any delays caused by external factors or third-party shipping partners. Please read through the details below for a clearer understanding of our shipping and delivery processes.

Delivery Timeframes

U.S. Customers: Most orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. However, for newly released or pre-order products, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

International Orders: Shipping to countries outside the U.S. may take a bit longer due to additional logistics, customs processing, and international shipping routes. We aim to deliver international orders as promptly as possible, but it is important to allow for extra time, especially if customs or other unforeseen circumstances cause delays.

Unforeseen Delays

Please note that we rely on third-party carriers such as DHL and other logistics providers to facilitate the delivery of your orders. As such, we cannot be held liable for delays that occur once the package leaves our facility. While we aim to provide accurate delivery time estimates, we cannot control certain factors, including:

Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed or held up at customs, which is beyond our control.

Holiday Seasons: The demand for shipments during peak seasons, such as holidays, may cause some delays in delivery timelines.

Weather and Natural Events: Natural occurrences, including severe weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events, may also affect delivery times.

Carrier Transitions: In some cases, shipments may be transferred from one carrier to another (e.g., DHL to a local carrier), which can introduce delays or complications in the delivery process.

Strikes or Transportation Disruptions: Strikes or disruptions in air or ground transportation can cause delays that may affect the expected delivery date.

Liability and Extra Fees

We are not responsible for any additional fees, such as customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by your country during the shipping process. These are typically collected by the local authorities or courier services upon arrival and are not part of our shipping fee. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries, including but not limited to reshipping fees, lost product costs, or expenses incurred while waiting for your package.

Tracking and Assistance

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor its progress. In case of any concerns, you can contact our customer support team for assistance. However, please understand that once the package is in transit with the courier, we may have limited ability to influence the timing of delivery.
